Smoked salmon and prawn salad served with pea shoots,

Vulscombe goats cheese croquettes, beetroot and walnuts ,

drizzled with Exmouth honey.(v)

Free range turkey escalope stuffed with sausage meat and cranberries wrapped in bacon, served on a bed of confit garlic mash and a chestnut sauce.

 

Pan roast hake fillet, dill potatoes and a brown shrimp and samphire butter.(gf)

 

Braised feather blade of Westcounty beef in a red wine and pearl onion sauce,

dauphinoise potatoes.(gf)

 

Roast Devon pork belly, apple crushed potatoes,
